Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

This is one of our favorite sides! These potatoes have delicious flavor all by themselves and go with numerous dishes as the perfect side...

What Ingredients You Will Need:
5 - 6 Medium Size Potatoes (washed)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Seasoning Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
Directions to Deliciousness:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
Wash and dry your potatoes - Cut each potato into 1/2 inch chunks/ cubes
Put all of your potato cubes into a large bowl
Evenly cover with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, seasoning salt, black pepper, onion powder, cajun seasoning, and chili powder
Shake and toss the bowl of ingredients until the potatoes are evenly coated
6. Cut your fresh rosemary sprigs in 1 - 1 1/2 inch lengths and mix into the seasoned potatoes
7. Place potatoes onto a cookie sheet covered with tin foil in a single layer and spaced as best you can
8. Cook the potatoes for 45 minutes - 1 hour -- or to your desired crispiness! (After cooking for 30 minutes, flip and mix potatoes around the sheet to ensure even cooking)
9. Best served as a side with your favorite protein and left overs make perfect breakfast potatoes in the morning! :)
