Chipotle Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Do you ever get sick of your typical dressing choices? I love to experiment and make my own dressings... This is the perfect smoky and sweet vinaigrette with a little flavorful kick for your next salad!



What Ingredients You Will Need:


  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil

  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1/4 Cup Honey

  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic

  • 1 Small Can of Adobo or Chipotle Chile Peppers (You will find these in the Mexican food section of your local grocery store - usually on the top shelf)

  • 4 tsps of Adobo/ Chipotle Sauce from the above can

  • 1 Large Pepper from the above can

  • 2 Splashes of Soy Sauce

  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Cajun Seasoning

 

 

Directions to Deliciousness:


  1. Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, honey, minced garlic, adobo/ chipotle sauce, large pepper, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, onion powder, and cajun seasoning into a blender or food processor

  2. Blend all of the ingredients until the dressing is smooth and well blended (See the Above Video)

  3. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks

  4. Best enjoyed on salads, in wraps, or on a sandwich for a burst of delicious flavor!
