Refreshing Citrus Marinade

This is the perfect marinade for a meal with fresh vegetables on a hot summer day! This tart yet savory blend will leave you refreshed and wanting another bite!



What Ingredients You Will Need:


  • 3/4 Cup Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

  • 3 Tbsp Orange Juice

  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Montreal Chicken Seasoning

 


 

Directions to Deliciousness:

  1. Combine Lemon and Orange Juice, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Olive Oil, Lime Juice, Ground Ginger, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper, Onion Powder, and Montreal Chicken Seasoning (optional) in a blender

  2. Continue to blend all ingredients together until well combined

3. Marinate meat and/or vegetables of

your choice in the blend for at least 2

hours (Marinating over night

provides the most flavor)

4. ** I sometimes double the marinade

recipe and save half to make my

marinated rice/ quinoa or to use as a

dressing to boost flavor in my meal :)

5. Served best on your favorite protein

and fresh vegetables to be used in

wraps or salads for the most refreshing meal on a hot summer day!
